HARRIS
Overpriced crap that people buy anyway. We got thirty-three billion for the project.

REESE
No wonder the government's broke.
(beat)
Is NORAD still useful?

Harris looks to NORAD'S Location on a viewscreen map of the U.S. including the missile silo locations.

HARRIS
It's a very expensive decoy. But I suppose that makes it useful.

General Harris and Colonel Reese move down a set of stairs and over to the T-INFINITY computer. The computer consists of data banks lined up side by side in half a semi-circle. Display screens are attached to metal beams extending from the floor to the ceiling above them.

Electrical transformers are on each side of the room. Harris points to T-INFINITY.

HARRIS
This machine can re-target our nuclear arsenal and run Sky-Net.

REESE
Sky-Net?

HARRIS
A replacement for the GPS system.

On the screens, data is transmitted on troop movements all over the globe. Harris and Reese walk up to the large chassis of the computer.

HARRIS
T-INFINITY uses data from Sky-Net and targets our smart weapons.

Colonel Reese glances at the viewscreens.

REESE
I've heard defense contractors have access to the system. Can security breaches be detected?

HARRIS
Anyone poking around in restricted areas will have their files copied and erased.
