Two black gang members, in gang style sweaters, sneakers and caps jump out from behind two parked cars and disarm T-ONE THOUSAND by taking his 9mm Luger. They shove him between each other. A few more gang members arrive carrying Uzi machine pistols.

GANG MEMBER #1
(sarcastically)
Well, if it ain't a Gestapo man himself. You're in the wrong neighborhood Mr. Fuehrer.

GANG MEMBER #2
Let's shoot this Nazi.

BOOM! The gang member fires the Luger at T-ONE THOUSAND'S head. The shot goes through. Liquid metal closes up the hole. T-1000 morphs his arm, stabs the gang member.

As more gang members run to his aid, several police cars arrive. The gang members rush the cops as T-ONE THOUSAND calmly walks over to a police cruiser, gets in. T-ONE THOUSAND drives off from the beginning of a riot.


4. INT. -- POLICE CAR CRUISES DOWN THE STREET

while T-ONE THOUSAND uses the computer in the police car, looking up Sarah and John's names. CLOSE UP of the computer's color screen. The new computers recoginze voices.

T-ONE THOUSAND
Information on Connor, Sarah and Connor, John.

Sarah and John's info instantly appears as text surrounding color pictures of them. Police records appear in smaller windows. John Connor - custody given to Sarah Connor on 12/1/96. Sarah - released from the Pescadero state mental hospital on 11/24/96, due to a legal technicality.


5. EXT. -- RESIDENTIAL STREET -- MORNING

A newspaper carrier rides his bicycle down the street, delivering newspapers, early in the morning in Pasadena. He throws a newspaper towards the front door of one house and misses the door, RATTLING a window next to it.

STEVE FERGUSON fixes his tie as he walks out of the door and picks up the newspaper. Mid twentyish, dark brown hair, dark brown steely eyes, dressed in a dark suit, without the jacket He reads the headlines as he reenters the house.
