Colonel Reese We're watching Frank. He can't be trusted with your inventions.

A security camera, disguised as a ceiling fixture, watches.

Steve You told me his psychological profile is unstable.

Colonel Reese The top brass are watching him. Do you have the file?

Steve opens his briefcase, then takes out a CD-ROM, hands it to Colonel Reese. Colonel Reese glances at the CD-ROM. The name....MILES BENNET DYSON....a personell file.

Steve Right here. It's got everything on Miles Dyson. If Frank slips up, what happens to me?

Colonel Reese We'll protect you. You'll be known as Miles Dyson by our computers.
(beat) Sooner or later, Frank will be gone. It's just a matter of time.

INT. -- FRANK'S OFFICE -- DAY

An agitated Frank watches the conversation on a monitor. Steve and Colonel Reese leave the camera's view.

Frank coldly SLAMS his fist against the monitor. It shuts off. He walks to his desk, picks up the remote, turns on the TV. Images of riots and looting appear.

(filtered) Law and order is collapsing. The city is asking why?

Frank Simple. Lack of discipline.

He reaches into his briefcase, takes out a 3 inch square, black optical disk. Next to the disk are copies of MEIN KAMPF and the TURNER DIARIES on optical disks.
