| John reaches under the dashboard. He yanks on the mass of wires under the dash; rips out the fuse panel. Plastic SNAPS. John hisses in pain, cutting himself, blood drips. THE PLASMA SNAKES vaporize the tail light covers and rip across the trunk of the car leaving molten trails resembling welding arcs. JOHN pulls the tail lights fuses with one hand while driving with the other. The plasma bounces off the tail lights. ANOTHER LIGHT POLE PUNCTURES an overpass. It plummets diagonally, piercing the blacktop in front of the Neon. The front left side of the Neon STRIKES the pole and flips sideways onto it's roof. SARAH AND JOHN are bounced around inside the Neon while it skids on it's roof. The Neon skids toward the center cement divider of the freeway. Metal SCRAPES, sparks fly. The IMPACT flips the car right side up again! Sarah takes the wheel from John. She turns off the 405 freeway onto La Cienega Blvd. |

| Sarah drives the Neon up La Cienega toward Centinela Ave. The Quantum plasma jumps from the 405 to power lines along La Cienega Blvd. The Terminator attempts to pass the Neon while PLOWING a moving van out of the way. Sarah floors the accelerator. She aims the Neon straight toward a Flatbed Semi loaded with metal I-beams. |

| John and Sarah snap their buckles. The driver in the truck jumps out as he sees the approaching plasma and semi. Sarah swerves the Neon onto Centinelia Ave. At the same time, the TWO-THOUSAND FLOWS into the traffic lights and arcs toward Sarah's SCREECHING car. |
