| The tires on the Neon SQUEAL, as it tears out of the parking lot. We FOLLOW T-ONE THOUSAND as he runs after her car, following it out to the street. From T-ONE THOUSAND's POV we see a computerized diagram. The density of his liquid metal is decreasing. He liquefies, splits into.... two T-ONE THOUSAND's!! One first counterpart runs the police cruiser. The second runs to a parked crane truck at a construction site. Both T-ONE THOUSAND's pursue her. |
| 20. EXT. -- STREET -- DAY |
| Sarah swerves the Neon through crossing traffic. Horns HONK. Both T-ONE THOUSAND's follow her through the intersection, striking crossing cars. Metal CRUNCHES and tires SCREECH as cars collide. The crane truck forces other cars out of the way. Sarah quickly glances backwards to see two T-ONE THOUSAND's following her. THE FIRST T-ONE THOUSAND in the police cruiser reaches for a 12 gauge police issue shot gun. He holds it out the drivers side window, aiming it at Sarah's car. BOOM!! SARAH ducks, as the shot blows out the rear windshield. She quickly swerves the Neon west on to 2ND STREET. It leads into a tunnel underneath downtown L.A. |

| 21. INT. -- CHASE THROUGH 2ND STREET TUNNEL -- DAY |
| Sarah's car enters the tunnel while both T-ONE THOUSAND's follow her. She passes a semi then swerves back into her lane. THE SEMI RIPS off the rear left fender of the pursuing police cruiser. BOOM! T-ONE THOUSAND SHOOTS OFF the drivers side mirror near Sarah. She swerves, passing another truck. |
