14. INT. -- CHIEF EXECUTIVE'S OFFICE -- MORNING

The chief executive of Cyberdyne, FRANK WERNHAUSEN, a man in his fifties, with thinning, greyish-blond hair, sits at his computer in his spacious, moderately lit office, using a virtual reality device.

It scans the movement of his blue eyes, letting him move the files in the computer around. Steve KNOCKS at the door. Frank responds with a slight German accent.

Frank
Steve! You've got to see this!

Steve walks in and places his briefcase on a wooden conference table. Frank shuts off the device, looks up at Steve.

Frank
Your CPU let us make a lot of new, expensive toys. It scans your eye movements and the alpha and theta patterns in your brain.

Steve
Bet the competition's quaking.

Frank's desk phone RINGS. Frank answers as Steve studies the virtual reality headset.

Mr. Wernhausen, your guests are here.

Frank
Good. Send them up.

Steve sets down the device, turns toward the door.

An Air Force general, a major carrying a briefcase walk in. GENERAL DEVIN HARRIS, a moderately tall black man, in his mid-forties, a calm, rational kind of person who commands respect.

MAJOR KEVIN REESE, medium height, black hair, blue eyes, a proud, no-nonsense soldier, protective of his commanding officers.

Major Reese looks very similar to John Connor's father, Kyle Reese in how he looks around the room for any type of danger before assuming it's safe.
